Remote Diagnostics

Our remote diagnostics allows for free support around the globe. Experienced factory technicians are able to perform the diagnosis, identify a faulty part and/or modify program parameters without having to make a trip to your site.

Hoist Equalizing System

On machines with more than two sets of slings, we use equalizers to protect against point loading. The equalizer keeps two sets of slings equally loaded and by using dedicated hoist pump motors the equalized set of slings can be at a higher or lower capacity versus the independent sling set. This allows for more flexibility of sling location and placement.

Steel Structure Design

Built with 100% US made steel, our Engineers designed our C-Series Mobile Boat Hoists so that no section or part of the structure undergoes a force greater than 65% of yield material under extortionary circumstances. We design each machine to the highest level and assume they will all be in a high-duty cycle boatyard working every day.

Sling Angle

Lifting capacity is a function of the angle between vertical and the slings meeting the hull. As boats get narrower, or the boat rises higher out of the water, the sling angle increases. The C-series boat hoists are designed to lift full capacity all the way up to a 15-degree sling angle, the best in the industry.

PPG Siloxane Paint

Increased life and reduced corrosion are the results of this 2-step PPG Paint process. A zinc-enriched epoxy primer and polysiloxane topcoat provide superior performance that is proven in the most difficult marine environments.

Intelligent Readout System

The intelligent readout provides multiple outputs including general engine performance, real-time measurements of machine operations, oil level/temperature and pump pressures. It also allows for performance troubleshooting and complete systematic control.

Pivot Trunnion

Reduce structural stress and get maximum rotation to accommodate extreme yard conditions. The articulated pivot trunnion allows your mobile boat hoist to travel over uneven ground, including unimproved dirt and concrete.

Chine & Keel Pads

Built to protect, sustain and withstand various temperatures and climates, Chine and Keel pads come standard on all C-Series models, further extending the life of your slings. Pads are made with thick reinforced rubber or vinyl to protect the sling from sharp edges and the additional weight helps to sink the slings and keep them from rolling when a boat floats in.

Operator Cab

Operator cabs are standard on all C-Series Mobile Boat Hoists. The controls are direct to the valve and hydraulically control all functions as well as act as a back-up to the radio remote option.

Block and Spreader Articulation

The C-series boat hoists utilize spherical bearings in the block and spreader to properly align the slings with the hull. This ensures the slings are equally loaded and the lower block stays in line with the upper block, preventing damage to wire rope and sheaves.

Hydraulic Fluid Leak Protection

Stainless steel tubing, O-Ring face seal hydraulic fittings, and cordura hose covers are all used for added protection against hydraulic leaks to keep fluid off boats and out of the water. Our 2205 stainless tubing resists corrosion in the harshest marine environments and cordura hose coverings prevent the elements from prematurely deteriorating the hoses.
